Job summary

Chanel, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Manager of Fashion Expertise to translate the House’s creative vision into exceptional client experiences across Boston and Saks locations.

You’ll lead interactive learning, coach stylists, and partner with boutique leadership to elevate sales performance and client relationships. You will develop boutique teams’ knowledge of collections, savoir-faire, and service standards, while coordinating with the Fashion Expertise Home Office to deliver consistent brand

Qualifications

• Recognized styling expertise and a strong, confident fashion flair.
• A client-centered mindset, always delivering unforgettable experiences.
• Significant experience in luxury fashion, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven experience in retail training, with demonstrated ability to coach and evaluate.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, able to connect with groups of all sizes.
• Ability to travel frequently across boutiques within the market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-boutique training sessions on collections, savoir-faire, product knowledge and service behaviors.
• Coach Style Advisors to enhance personalized styling and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership to develop styling and client opportunities.
• Identify training needs and provide on-site coaching to boutique managers and staff.
• Partner with Home Office and cross-functional teams to animate client styling appointments.
