Job summary

Mashburn is seeking a Design Intern to work with the SM & AM Design teams, assisting with the full product development lifecycle, coordinating samples, inputting/updating tech packs in PLM, and supporting daily design department tasks.

This hourly, non-exempt role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment with opportunities for growth and learning across menswear and womenswear collections.

Qualifications

• Must be able to measure garments in imperial and metric.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepping samples and organizing sample library.
• Updating tech packs and trims in PLM system.
• Assisting with presentations and design boards.
• Coordinating product quality issue remediation.
• General organization and file management.
