Job summary

Huckberry in Austin, TX is seeking an Apparel Design Intern to gain hands-on experience across menswear categories, from wovens to knits, under a fast-paced, influential retail brand.

You will organize fabrics and color archives, help update linesheets, participate in fittings, assist with tech packs and Illustrator CAD updates, while developing skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant BA in menswear or fashion design is required.
• Strong digital skills with Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and Word are essential.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities are important.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines across projects.

Responsibilities

• Organize fabric, trims, samples, and color archives.
• Update and manage seasonal linesheets.
• Participate in fitting and prototype meetings.
• Assist with tech pack updates.
• Assist with Illustrator CAD updates (patterns, artwork, sketches).
