Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the wholesale fashion industry.
• Familiarity with design processes and tech packs.
• Proficiency in Excel and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Photograph and upload new samples to the company server and folders.
• Communicate with vendors to request fabric swatches, materials, and samples.
• Assist with creating and coordinating color options for designs.
• Organize and maintain design tech packs, patterns, and related files.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and purchase order follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales and Production teams to support design operations.
• Track fit samples through development.
• Understand fabrics, garment construction, and sewing basics.
• Assist the Design team with various projects.
