Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in the fashion industry or a degree in Fashion Design.
• Strong eye for women’s fashion, silhouette, and product development.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (or similar tools).
• Organized, reliable, and detail‑oriented, especially in process‑based tasks.
• A dependable team player with clear, professional communication.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite is a plus.
• Prior internship or experience in wholesale or production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research seasonal trends, colors, and fabrics aligned with the Blu Pepper brand direction.
• Create and revise flat sketches, colorways, and CADs.
• Build and maintain organized tech packs for sampling and production.
• Support sample tracking, fit sessions, and communicate updates to the factory.
• Help prep for campaign photoshoots — steaming, organizing garments, and assisting on set.
• Enter and update style data in ERP and maintain internal style records.
