Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail or customer service.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products.
• Comfort with using store tech tools to assist sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Actively promote the Hello Member loyalty program and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
