Perry Ellis International is seeking a dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Doral, Florida. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role manages the full recruitment lifecycle across various business functions, driving requisitions forward from sourcing through to offer acceptance with minimal oversight.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in apparel/retail, experience with ATS (Greenhouse is a plus), and a proactive, autonomous desk ownership

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience managing a variety of roles across a business.
• Apparel/fashion/retail industry experience is required.
• Agency recruiting experience is a huge plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offers.
• Strategic Sourcing: develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, and job boards.
• Hiring Manager Collaboration: partner with hiring managers to align on requirements and drive interviews forward.
• Candidate Experience: deliver a professional experience and keep candidates informed at every step.
• Pipeline & ATS Management: maintain accurate candidate data and requisition status in the ATS.

Position Summary:

Perry Ellis International is seeking a dynamic, highly autonomous Corporate Recruiter to join our team in Doral, Florida. Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is designed for a self-starter who naturally takes full ownership of their work and thrives running a full desk independently. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle across various business functions, driving requisitions forward from initial sourcing through to final offer acceptance with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for roles across diverse business departments, including active sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies for active and niche requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networking, and targeted job boards.

Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner directly with hiring managers to conduct intake calls, align on role requirements, provide candidate market guidance, and drive the interview process forward.

Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, professional experience for candidates, keeping them informed and engaged at every step of the hiring journey.

Pipeline & ATS Management: Maintain accurate candidate data and requisition status within the ATS, ensuring high data integrity and efficient desk management.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience managing a variety of roles across a business.

Industry Background: Apparel, fashion, or retail industry experience isrequired.

Agency Background: Agency recruiting experience is a huge plus.

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse is a plus.
