Job summary

Walmart in Pooler, GA is seeking a strong leader to supervise and develop hourly associates. You will hire, train, mentor, and assign duties while promoting a belonging mindset and high standards of customer service.

You will coordinate store activities, drive sales, and manage relationships with stakeholders to meet staffing and business goals. Successful candidates will have prior supervisory experience and a track record of team development.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required for firearm facilities.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and mentor hourly associates; assign duties and recognize performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to meet staffing needs and business goals.
• Lead store teams, teach, coach, and promote a culture of belonging and integrity.
• Oversee customer service initiatives and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
