Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking an entry-level Stocking Clerk to support daily store operations and ensure shelves are stocked with a variety of food and grocery products. You will move products from pallets to shelves, assist with back-room organization, and engage with customers in a friendly, helpful way.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort with basic technology. Overnight shifts help the store start the day ready for customers.

• Ability to learn product details and assist shoppers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
• Move products from pallets or carts to shelves accurately.
• Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in back-room areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers.
• Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
