Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to grow partnerships with fashion brands across the US for a leading student-focused digital platform. You will engage with decision-makers, present commercial opportunities, and qualify prospects to fuel the sales pipeline.

We value attitude, energy and a willingness to learn; no years of experience required. Expect base pay plus uncapped commission, with strong career progression in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, recruitment, retail, media or another target-driven environment is beneficial.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and speaking to new people.
• Proactive, resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
• Genuine interest in fashion, retail and brands shaping the industry.
• Commercially curious, organised and motivated by achieving targets.
• Positive, coachable attitude with the ambition to learn and develop.

Responsabilités

• Research and identify exciting fashion brands across the US.
• Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via LinkedIn, email and phone.
• Connect with decision-makers across marketing, e-commerce, growth and partnerships.
• Start conversations and introduce brands to the platform's offering and opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meetings for the wider Business Development team.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, keeping CRM activity up to date.
• Work towards activity and meeting targets, finding new ways to open doors and generate opportunities.
