Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC seeks a FAS Solution Architect to serve as the technical lead for implementing a new Fiscal Agent Services module within the Medicaid Enterprise System. You will govern architecture, align with CMS guidelines, MITA maturity, and NIST/HIPAA security standards while guiding cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience in architectural modeling and enterprise data management.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to executives and stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, systems integrators, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural oversight and governance for the FAS module within MES.
• Ensure designs meet CMS, MITA, modularity, HIPAA, and NIST requirements.
• Guide integration with Eligibility, Enrollment, Provider Services, and other MES modules.
• Create architecture diagrams, patterns, APIs, and data flow maps.
• Define cloud and interface governance across AWS/Azure environments.
• Conduct architectural reviews and provide guidance to project teams.
