H2ajobs in Idaho seeks farm laborer to receive cattle, move and feed stock, and maintain daily water to ensure survival. You will assist with vaccinations and check calves, rotate cattle between pens, and help with loading and delivering cattle for sale.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, working in extreme heat, humidity, wind and cold, and following instructions. English is required; a drivers license may be needed within 30 days; drug testing may occur.

Receive cattle and process; move cattle and feed; maintain food and water daily to ensure survival; gather cattle and assist with vaccinations, deworming, etc. as necessary; rotate cattle between pens; moving snow and manure with loader; assist with caring for fresh calves, checking mothers and calves daily; load and deliver cattle for sale; maintain records of purchases, sales, treatments, new births, and registration records. Must speak and understand English.

Housing: Employer-provided (including mobile or range)

Meals: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities, all of which are in working order, including refrigeration, space for food preparation, cooking accessories and utensils, appliances, and dishwashing facilities so that workers may prepare their own meals. Kitchen facilities include adequate sinks with hot and cold water under pressure. Employer will provide transportation once a week to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries, when the employer is providing cooking and kitchen facilities.

Be able to work in extreme conditions such as heat, humidity, wind, cold. Lift and carry supplies. Follow instructions. Once hired, worker may be required to take a random drug test at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination from employment. Must be able to obtain appropriate drivers license within 30 days following hire and obtain clean driving record to be able to operate company vehicle. Lift up to 50 lbs.
