Job summary

GHA Autism Supports in Albemarle, NC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time 7am-7pm shift to join our team at Morrow Valley Farmstead. The LPN will provide nursing care to individuals served, participate in care planning, and help ensure health, comfort, and safety for residents with autism and related disabilities.

Requirements include an active LPN license, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a LPN.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be physically, mentally and emotionally capable of performing the essential job duties.
• Ability to deal with stress and behaviors related to autism and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to individuals served by GHA Autism Supports.
• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of individuals' care.
