The Juris Agency in Rockford is seeking a licensed insurance sales professional to join our in-office, full-time team as a Licensed Sales Producer. This role rewards you for performance with base pay plus uncapped commissions and opportunities to grow with the company.

You'll build relationships, close sales across auto, home, life and business insurance, and receive licensing support if needed. A fast-paced, team-oriented office with training, coaching and regular incentives awaits the right

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous sales experience was requested
• Strong communication and closing skills emphasized

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and outbound prospecting
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Quote and sell auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products
• Follow up consistently with prospects and existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity
