Participants join a high-performing local agency, receive coaching, leads, and training to quote, sell, and acquire new clients, with the potential to launch an own agency after meeting performance standards.

Here’s What You Can Expect

• You enter a paid 6-month training program
• You work inside a high-performing insurance agency - not a call center or with coaches who aren't existing agency owners - you learn from the best!
• You’re provided with leads and training
• You learn how to quote, sell, and acquire new clients
• You are coached daily and held to a high standard
• You build the skills required to run a profitable agency

All of this training and support, while you’re on the Paid 6-Month Protege Training Program.

At the end of the program, individuals who meet our performance standards will have the opportunity to launch their own agency.
