H2ajobs is seeking seasonal field labor to install, maintain, and repair poultry housing equipment within agricultural buildings to ensure flock health and safety. Tasks include laying out nesting networks, configuring cages, and maintaining automated feeding and watering lines, plus testing ventilation systems for proper airflow.

Workers must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform general barn sanitation.

Description du poste

Seasonal field labor required for the specialtization of installation, routine maintenance, and repair of poultry housing equipment to ensure the health and safety of the flock. Workers will perform tasks inside agricultural poultry buildings, including laying out and setting up poultry nesting networks, cage configurations, and automated watering and feeding lines. Crew will routinely test, inspect, and adjust poultry ventilation systems as well to maintain proper airflow and temperature controls necessary for animal health. Other duties may include minor repairs on existing poultry coop structures using hand tools to ensure housing remains secure and sanitary at all times. Able to lift heavy items up to 50lbs, general barn sanitation and cleanup areas as required.

Housing: Rental or public accommodations

Meals: Meals will be provided free of cost to workers. Employer will provide 3 balanced, nutritious meals per day, 7 days a week to all workers covered under this order with zero cost to the workers. Meals will be prepared and delivered directly to the workers' lodging or job sites, or provided via restaurant/delivery arrangements. No deductions will be made for these meals to the workers.

The company will document and keep track of a meal log if asked/required too.

Transport: Employer will provide free daily transportation to all covered workers between the employer provided housing (hotels) and the designated work sites at the beginning and end of each workday. Vehicles utilized will include:

All vehicles are fully insured, maintained in a safe operating conditions.

No prior training is needed to perform these tasks, but candidates must be physically capable of meeting these environmental and physical conditions from day one. On the job training will be provided.

Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening will be conducted. Costs for both the criminal background check and the drug screening are conducted entirely at the expense of the employer. There will be absolutely no cost, fee, or deduction incurred by the workers for these pre-employment screenings.
