Job summary

Associated Staffing Incorporated is hiring Farm Truck Drivers in Minden, NE for the harvest season. CDL is required; you will transport grain from fields to grain elevators and storage facilities in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

This seasonal role pays $25.00/hour, with a Monday–Saturday schedule from about 7:30/8:00 AM to 6:00/7:00 PM, and Sundays afternoons. Reliable attendance and safety focus are essential. Past grain truck or farm driving experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL or Class B CDL required.
• Good driving record.
• Previous grain truck, farm or agricultural driving experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a truck in fields and on rural roads.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.
• Willing and able to work extended hours during harvest including Saturdays and Sunday afternoons.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a grain truck to transport harvested grain.
• Haul grain between fields, elevators, grain bins, storage facilities and other locations.
• Load and unload grain at designated locations.
• Safely maneuver trucks in fields, farm areas and on rural roads.
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures.
• Perform routine truck inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of loads and deliveries.
• Communicate with farm and grain elevator personnel throughout the workday.
• Keep the truck and work areas clean and organized.
• Assist with general harvest duties when needed.
• Work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced outdoor environment.

About the Position
