Job summary

AgState is seeking a Truck Driver to support our Grain and Agronomy operations in Iowa. You will safely transport grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients, perform daily vehicle inspections, coordinate maintenance with the transportation team, and deliver outstanding service to producers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 2 years of experience and required endorsements.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to meet DOT physical and medical requirements.
• Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing substance abuse screenings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients to customers and locations.
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate maintenance needs with the transportation team.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Maintain clean, professional equipment reflecting AgState's commitment to excellence.
• Provide outstanding customer service to producers and teammates.
• Support additional locations and operations as needed.
• Contribute to a safe and positive team environment.
• Maintain safe operation of truck by following AgState values and roadway laws.

What You'll Do

• Safely transport grain, fertilizer, and feed ingredients to customers and company locations

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 2 years of experience and required endorsements
• Must be 21 years of age

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Agricultural experience is helpful but not required
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications and training as needed
