Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL as required for the equipment/route.
• Minimum of 1 year verifiable CDL driving experience.
• Must meet age requirement.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and compliance, and complete required documentation accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi‑tractor and trailer to deliver non‑hazardous materials to customer sites across routes.
• Drive in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies; assess route safety.
• Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries; resolve routine issues.
• Connect and disconnect trailers; perform loading/unloading per safety protocols.
• Complete required delivery documentation and daily load/unload reports; maintain electronic logs.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Report accidents or incidents; follow required procedures; model safety behaviors.
• Provide guidance to Associate Drivers on routes, equipment operation and safety practices.
• Share best practices to support team efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
