Naked Farmer is seeking a Prep Cook to join our fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen in Florida. You will cut vegetables, prepare sauces, and assist in all aspects of food preparation, contributing to the success of our scratch-made, seasonal menus.

Qualifications

• Experience is not required; training will be provided.
• Knife skills are valuable and encouraged.
• Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.
• Capable of meeting physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Uphold high standards of food safety and quality; prevent cross-contamination.
• Master prep of cold and hot items following exact guidelines.
• Operate food prep equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and dismantle prep areas; keep stations clean and sanitary.
• Stock all prep areas consistently and manage ingredients.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and other zones.
