Naked Farmer is seeking a motivated Prep Cook to support all aspects of scratch-based kitchen prep. You will cut fresh vegetables, make sauces from scratch, and operate prep equipment under kitchen leadership to ensure a smooth, high-volume operation.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality, preventing cross-contamination.
• Masterfully prep both cold and hot food items, following precise guidelines.
• Follow strict food safety protocols.
• Operate food preparation equipment with precision.
• Manage cold prep equipment such as fit-wash and robot coupe.
• Maintain immaculate, food-safe prep stations throughout your shift.
• Set up and dismantle prep areas, keeping equipment organized and sanitary.
• Communicate clearly between kitchen leadership and zones to fulfill prep needs.
• Ensure consistent stocking of all areas.
• Continuously learn about evolving seasonal menus and components.
• Properly store received orders.
