Job Duties

Perform daily duties of a farm operation which includes production of row crops, vegetable crops, maintenance of buildings, grounds, roadways and the operation and maintenance of all farm equipment utilizing inmate workforce. Provide training, supervision and evaluation to inmate workforce while performing all farm tasks.

Minimum Qualifications

Additional Considerations

• Agricultural, construction or equipment experience.
• Possession of Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or the ability to obtain them within 12 months of hire.
• Possession of Pesticide Application Permit or the ability to obtain them.
