Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Farm Services and the Office Manager while assisting the Spray and Compost Departments. This role is based at MTN. VIEW FARMING DIVISION in Lamont, CA, and operates in a day shift.

The position requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information in a collaborative farm services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of professional experience in administrative support, including typing, filing, spreadsheet management and office procedures.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn and operate enterprise software systems (AIMS, INFOR).
• Strong data management and systems experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with data integrity and confidentiality.
