Qualifications

• Previous sales experience in tire/automotive or related industry.
• Experience managing B2B customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with farm store and retail store accounts.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within current accounts.
• Develop new farm store and retail customer relationships.
• Build relationships with buyers, store managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand customer purchasing needs, product demand, and sales opportunities.
• Work closely with internal departments to support customer orders, product availability, pricing, and service needs.
• Monitor account activity and follow up on opportunities, concerns, and outstanding items.
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and strengthen customer relationships.
• Assist with forecasting customer demand and identifying market opportunities.
• Track sales activity and provide updates to leadership.
