Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
• Associate degree with 4+ years relevant experience also considered.
• High school diploma/GED with 8+ years relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to absentee and non-operating landowners overseeing property management.
• Develop annual farm plans and operating budgets.
• Recommend projects and improvements to enhance profitability, conservation, and land stewardship.
• Manage lease agreements and coordinate with operators to support farm operations.
• Review farm income and expenses and assist clients with questions.
• Conduct soil analysis reviews and coordinate seed and fertilizer purchases.
