Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations employees, with prior or current experience in managing teams in a company or cooperative setting.
• Apply strong understanding and knowledge in agronomy operations to guide daily activities and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize experience in agronomy sales as part of operational leadership when appropriate.
