Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is helping a global dairy technology company expand its American team. The Farm Management Specialist / Application Support role targets dairy professionals with hands-on herd-management experience who can support producers across the region.

You will work directly with dairy producers to help them use farm-management technology, train farmers and dealer teams, and provide ongoing application support while traveling roughly 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant dairy‑farm experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of dairy farming and herd management solutions.
• Experience working directly with dairy farmers or producers.
• Familiarity with herd-management software or dairy-farm technology.
• Comfortable communicating with and training farmers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.

Our client is a global dairy technology company helping dairy producers improve herd performance, farm efficiency, and day-to-day decision-making through advanced farm-management technology.

The company is expanding its American team and is looking for dairy professionals with hands-on farm and herd-management experience who are interested in using their knowledge to support dairy producers across the region.

The Opportunity

This is a chance to take your practical dairy-farm experience into a broader, customer-facing role while staying closely connected to the industry.

You will work directly with dairy producers, helping them use farm-management technology to understand their herds better, improve performance, and make informed operational decisions.

You do not need to come from a software background. What matters most is a strong understanding of dairy farming and herd management solutions, confidence working with farmers, and an interest in learning technology.
