Job summary

Cobb’s Three Springs Farm in Rose, OK is hiring for a maintenance role focused on on-farm infrastructure and equipment. The position requires basic electrical and mechanical skills, including wiring, lighting installations, and safe equipment operation.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance across farm vehicles, office facilities, hatchery and poultry houses, with strict adherence to safety policies and LOTO guidelines. Starting pay is competitive and shift differentials may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• If applicant has been laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
• Previous work history will not apply to applicants who have been full time students consecutively for the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair on-farm infrastructure as assigned.
• Perform preventive maintenance for farm vehicles, office, hatchery and poultry houses (50%).
• Connect electrical wiring and cables; install lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, wall boxes, and terminal boards; read tape measure; operate cutting torch & welder; and read blueprints.
• Follow lock out tag out guidelines and procedures; perform generator test runs weekly (10%).
