Job summary

Cobb at Three Springs Farm in Rose, OK is seeking a maintenance technician to keep on-farm infrastructure in good repair. You will perform preventive maintenance on vehicles, electrical wiring, lighting fixtures, and poultry housing, with basic welding and use of hand and power tools.

Prior experience with farm environments is preferred and safety rules must be followed. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, with changes as production needs dictate.

Qualifications

Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps over 6 months in the past 36 months.
Experience with farm infrastructure and equipment preferred.
Ability to follow safety protocols and wear proper PPE.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on farm vehicles and equipment (50%).
Connect electrical wiring, install lighting, outlets, and control panels (20%).
Repair or replace defective parts and report issues to supervisor (20%).
Follow lockout/tagout procedures and conduct weekly generator tests (10%).
