Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
• Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in sales, customer service, business development, agriculture, or relationship-based work is helpful but not required.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally are required.
• Basic computer skills are required, with adaptability to changing technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted, long-term relationships with existing customers and identify prospective customers.
• Learn each customer’s operation, goals, and delivery capabilities; maintain useful records for follow-up.
• Participate in business planning, prospecting, grower events, and other sales initiatives.
• Educate customers on Premier tools, products, and services; stay up-to-date with education.
• Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and customers to plan deliveries and market opportunities.
• Share market and grower information with Premier teams to support growth and customer success.
