Job summary

Lilley International in Williamston, NC seeks a Farm Equipment Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain farm equipment in our Service department. You will perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical service work following manufacturer standards while ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining farm or heavy equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems preferred.
• OEM certifications or equipment manufacturer training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality mechanical repairs and maintenance in a timely manner.
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend preventive maintenance.
• Maintain shop bay, tools, and equipment in clean, organized condition.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure a safe work environment.
• Document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used on repair orders.
• Use schematics and diagnostic tools per standards.
