H&R Agri-Power is seeking a Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on farm equipment. The role emphasizes advanced knowledge, safe working practices, and timely completion of service tickets.

Training and ongoing product knowledge updates are expected to support delivering quality service at a fair price. The position offers an hourly wage based on experience with quarterly incentive bonuses tied to performance.

Formación

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair diesel and heavy equipment.
• Experience navigating manuals, schematics and vendor databases.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect mechanical defects on farm equipment.
• Perform mid-level and advanced repairs to restore operation.
• Carry out periodic maintenance and fluid checks.
• Communicate with Service Manager about repairs and parts.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
