Job summary

Quality Equipment, LLC is seeking a Service Technician for our Pittsboro store. You will perform diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products, disassemble and assemble components, and complete repair orders under the guidance of the Service Manager.

Strong communication with customers and adherence to safety rules are essential, along with the ability to operate diagnostic tools and basic shop equipment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience performing service repairs.
• Ability to diagnose and document work on repair orders.
• Able to read and follow safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic diagnostic and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and AMS products.
• Disassembles, assembles, and repairs components and machines.
• Performs service tasks as directed by the Service Manager.
• Prepares repair orders detailing work performed.
• Notifies Service Manager of additional work required for safe operation.
