C & B Operations, with over 35 years of service and 38 John Deere dealerships, seeks a Service Tech in Tracy, MN. You will diagnose and repair customer and dealer-owned agricultural equipment, participate in training, and document all work and time with precision.

Qualifications

• Associates or better in Diesel Technology or related field preferred.
• Ability to meet physical demands and duration of physical exertion.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of machinery, engines and related equipment.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Willingness to learn and train in new technologies.
• Ability to work overtime to meet customer demands.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostics and repairs on agricultural farm equipment.
• Participates in training programs for skill development.
• Completes job notes with work assignments.
• Accounts for time on a digital timecard and materials used.
• Maintains current product knowledge of John Deere and competitors.
• Maintains a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Promotes and sells service department to customers (service, inspections, parts).
• Supports other duties as assigned.
