GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY seeks a General Manager to lead the Fargo, ND operation, driving growth and delivering high-quality construction projects. You will balance business development with operational execution and ensure safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction across the team.

This leadership role requires steering preconstruction through completion, building client relationships, and guiding project managers, estimators, and field personnel toward shared goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction with leadership responsibility.
• Strong experience with commercial design-build construction.
• Experience overseeing construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent construction experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Fargo field and office team, building a strong culture focused on safety, quality, customer service, and results.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the Fargo market and win new projects.
• Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion ensuring safety, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor financial performance and hold teams accountable for budgets and margins.
• Lead service operations and customer relationships to maintain profitability.
