Job summary
GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Fargo, ND is seeking a Commercial Construction Technician to join our dynamic team. You’ll work on varied construction projects, installing, repairing, and maintaining commercial spaces with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
No two projects are alike; travel around the area, hands-on problem solving, and collaborating with customers on occupied job sites are part of the role. Basic tools supplied; training provided; competitive pay and benefits.
Qualifications
- Construction, remodeling, or carpentry experience.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Pride in doing quality work.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to read tape measures and use common power tools.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Construction is dynamic; projects are unique and schedules may change.
- Assist with commercial remodeling improvements.
- Build additions and door/window installation.
- Drywall installation and repair.
- Roofing and siding repairs.
- Building maintenance projects.
- Work directly with customers on occupied job sites.
