Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; interest in music and pop culture helps.
• Customer service and selling skills encouraged.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return.
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards.
• Work the register and process sales transactions, driving add-on sales with benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft by collaborating with Store Management to ensure security of spells and wizardry.
• Maintain the stock room and keep the store tidy.
• Demonstrate team spirit through effective communication and collaboration.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Store Leader.
