Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and retain a collaborative, passionate team.
• Lead customer engagement through social media and clienteling.
• Maintain an operational store with proper delegation and autonomy.
• Monitor shrink, payroll hours, schedules, and external factors.
• Collaborate with retail leadership and HQ on trends and feedback.
• Run sales reports and use data to guide strategy.
• Protect company policies and responsibly manage spend.
• Merchandise the store according to planograms and launch promos.
• Mentor and recognize staff to build bench strength.
