The Oklahoma City Thunder is seeking a Fan Journey Coordinator to support fan engagement strategies across the Thunder’s growing digital ecosystem. This role will help bring the fan journey to life through the Thunder app, text messaging (SMS), push notifications, digital campaigns, gamification, and other interactive fan touchpoints. Working cross-departmentally, you will help execute digital experiences, manage fan engagement platforms, and organize data to better understand how fans connect with the Thunder. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of digital marketing, technology, fan experience, and data.
This is a full-time hourly position tentatively reporting to the AVP, Fan Development and Retail. The work schedule requires flexibility, including availability for events and game nights during evenings, weekends, and holidays. The primary work location is the Thunder corporate office at Paycom Center in downtown Oklahoma City, with some events requiring travel throughout the metro area. A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation are required. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and bending.
