Job summary

Pacers Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Brand Ambassador to engage fans at community events and during game days in Indianapolis. This part-time role involves setting up fan engagement activities, running giveaways, and supporting promotional efforts at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred, with opportunities to grow within the Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer experience or fan-facing role is preferred.
• Completion or enrollment in a Business or Sports degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with fans at community events and gameday activations.
• Set up and tear down fan engagement activities around the arena.
• Manage giveaways and Pacemate photo booth / autographs at events.
• Assist marketing staff with promotions and promotional materials.
• Attend home games and requested events to represent Pacers.
• Develop appearance opportunities across Indiana.
