Job summary

Brightstar Lottery Indiana, the Hoosier Lottery partner, seeks a Part-time Event Brand Ambassador to represent the brand at on-site events and sponsorships. You will promote a positive player experience, operate games, and handle ticket sales and prize distribution.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, physical endurance for event setup, and the ability to lift 25 lbs. Training is provided within 60 days, with performance-based incentives and company benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must complete training within 60 days of onboarding.
• Weekend, afternoon/evening, and some holiday hours required.
• Must be available for Indiana State Fair (late July–late August).
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and stand long periods.
• Must be able to use a navigation system.
• Ability to manage and balance money transactions accurately.
• Customer service experience is preferred; strong communication is essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate promotional games and activities (wheel spin, giveaways).
• Sell and redeem Hoosier Lottery tickets at events.
• Award prizes to winners at events.
• Validate tickets for sellers and players.
• Verify inventory and cash at openings/closings.
• Assist with setup and teardown of promotional equipment.
• Uphold event policies, safety, and security standards.
• Support Regional Promotions Specialists at retailer events.
• Perform other required tasks as assigned.
