Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return and showcase product knowledge.
• Step in on the sales floor to provide leadership support when the Manager is unavailable.
• Open and close the store as needed and handle cash responsibly.
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using store programs like BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Understand store sales plan, goals, and KPIs such as UPT and ADT.
• Assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixtures, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with Store Management to prevent misuse of spells or theft and maintain security.
