Job summary

Boston Legacy FC, a new professional women’s soccer team in Boston, is seeking a Street Team member for part-time, on-site roles. You will represent the club at events, engage fans, and promote tickets, creating a welcoming atmosphere and collecting contact information for the fan database.

The role emphasizes passion for women’s sports, community engagement, and a flexible schedule including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. Compensation is $20/hr and outdoor event work is common.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Availability to work weekdays, weeknights, and weekends; 10–15 hours per week.
• Must have reliable transportation to activations within Boston and New England.
• Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment and handle varied events.

Responsibilities

• Represent and promote the Club at local and regional events with integrity.
• Contribute to game-day fan engagement, activations, and promotions.
• Engage with fans to grow the club’s fan database and collect contact information.
• Promote ticketing packages and gameday information to drive attendance.
• Organize and manage marketing assets and event materials.
• Provide post-event recaps and insights to the manager.
• Adhere to schedules; minimum 2 shifts per month.
