Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking a Collaboration Coordinator - Special populations to foster collaboration and advocate for Family Voice & Choice across NC’s service systems. You will work with state agencies and national partners to elevate family and youth perspectives.

The role includes establishing a formal network of family/youth organizations, coordinating statewide collaboration, and promoting System of Care values.

Qualifications

• Post-Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with 3+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in youth/family peer support, navigator, or related roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and cross-agency collaboration skills.
• Bilingual ability and experience across diverse communities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaboration and advocate for Family Voice & Choice with service delivery systems and state agencies.
• Establish and maintain a network/directory of family/youth organizations across North Carolina.
• Coordinate with SOC Collaboratives and participate in meetings to inform planning.
• Build relationships with state agencies and SAMHSA-sponsored national partners.
• Promote SOC values and practices at multiple levels.
