Qualifications
Relevant lived experiences related to personal and/or caregiving/family experience with a Serious Emotional Disturbance for at least 12 months.
Experience working in paid or unpaid Youth/Family Peer Specialist roles.
Demonstrated experience with written and verbal communication skills, organization, and cross-agency collaboration.
Responsibilities
Partners with local and State SOC Collaboratives to promote Family Voice and Choice.
Establishes and maintains a network of family, youth and/or young adult-led organizations.
Identifies and links families to partners across the State.
