Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a relevant post-baccalaureate degree; for candidates with equivalent independent research productivity or equivalent background, a relevant undergraduate degree plus 3+ years of experience may be substituted.
• Experience with written and verbal communication, organization, and cross-agency collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partners with local and State SOC Collaboratives across North Carolina to advance program goals.
• Promotes and advocates for Family Voice and Choice across services, systems and policies in North Carolina.
• Attends and participates in local, state, and national meetings to inform service and system planning and gather feedback.
• Works with State agencies to promote SOC values and practices and builds relationships with national SAMHSA agencies.
• Establishes and maintains a formal network or directory of family, youth, and young adult led organizations across North Carolina.
