Job summary

Weld County Department of Human Services is seeking a part-time Family Time Worker I to monitor and support parent/child relationships. The role requires travel within Weld County with an in-person schedule and evenings/weekends as needed to fit family availability.

The position emphasizes family safety, parent education, and collaboration with attorneys and the treatment team to reach permanency goals. A valid driver’s license and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and six months experience working in a public or private social services agency (may include internship).
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience in visitation, Case Management, and Child Welfare is a plus.
• Spanish reading/writing proficiency preferred.
