Job summary

Weld County seeks a Part-Time Family Time Worker I (Del-Camino) to provide supervised family time sessions, parent education, and trauma-informed support. The role involves on-site, community, and in-home visits, with evenings and weekends required to accommodate families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with six months of experience in a public or private social services agency.
• Preference for a Bachelor's degree and experience in visitation, case management, and child welfare.
• Experience with trauma-informed work and working with children and families.
• Ability to pass background checks and driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide family time coaching, intervention, and skills training on-site, in the community, and in-home.
• Document progress and contribute to treatment planning and permanency goals.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and court hearings as required; support coverage for other Family Time Workers.
• Maintain accurate data in agency databases and ensure timely reporting.
