Job summary

The Family Supports Program Manager at Wabash Center, based in Crown Point, Indiana, will oversee in-home support services for individuals and families across Northwest Indiana. You will lead staff, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate partnerships, and drive quality and family engagement in person-centered services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Family Supports programs or similar disability services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation.
• Ability to mentor staff and foster collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor Family Supports staff and program personnel.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing decisions.
• Conduct performance evaluations and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with BDDS/state regulations and agency policies.
• Build relationships with families, schools, providers, and community groups.
