Job summary

Kids for the Future seeks an experienced Family Supports Program Manager in Crown Point, IN to lead Northwest Indiana services for individuals and families. You will oversee program quality, regulatory compliance, staff development, and family engagement while partnering with schools and community providers.

Outstanding leadership, strong knowledge of BDDS regulations and ISP processes, and a commitment to person-centered supports are essential to build collaborations and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of BDDS regulations and ISP processes.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.
• Experience managing staff in residential or supported living settings.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and support Family Supports staff and program personnel.
• Ensure compliance with BDDS, state regulations, and agency policies.
• Coordinate benefits and eligibility processes; approve payroll and monitor attendance.
• Build relationships with individuals served, families, schools, providers, and community organizations.
